We will do our best to customise your party to make your day extraordinary! Please note that Stephanies Urban Spa does not provide a "self service" makeup, hair, or nail area. We recommend that these services be added at the time of booking to your scheduled appointment. Spa services are reserved especially for you and your guests. We require 48 hour notice for changes, rescheduling, or cancellations to avoid any cancellation charges. Please have everyone in your party check-in at the front desk at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time. To maintain the ambiance for your services we request that cell phones be turned off. Our Spa coordinators will be happy to assist you with any other questions or solutions to make your special day exactly the way you want it to be.
